Introduction
Mobile concrete mixing plant with running system is special construction concrete equipment designed independently by our company. It can be installed quickly on site. This mixing plant integrate mixer, batching system, running system, feeding system, weighing system, cement silo, screw conveyor and all the necessary equipment into together, installing on a transport chassis. We can deliver YHZ series concrete plant to construction site in the hauling situation, then install quickly on site and get it to run without debugging. This equipment has the characteristic of high automatic, well mixing, high productivity, high flexibility, convenient operation, and good stability. By absorbing new technologies from overseas and domestic, the mobile concrete mixing plant has such characteristics as accurate weighing, homogeneous and efficient mixing, fast and clean delivery, convenient to move and operate, safe trailing, etc.
Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant is fully automatic plant with electronic load cell type, weighs batching system for aggregates, cement, water and additive. The pan mixer suspended with 3 load cells for weighing of aggregate, cement, water and additive. The recipes selection is to be entered and based on the number of batches selected, all operation are carried out fully automatically i. e. If the plant is set on ‘auto’ mode then weighing of aggregate, cement, water and additive and discharge from mixer are all carried out according to the sequence, for the number of batches selected.
This series of mixing plant adopts the semi-pulling structure with moving system and standard coupling pin included. It can be dragged by a tractor. Without foundation and commissioning enables convenient movement and quick installation. It will take only one day to be installed. In order to be transported conveniently, the mixing plant can be disassembled to several standard modules so that it can be packed into containers.

5. The fully accounted concrete technology enable perfect functions like: unique ratio deposit, self compensation of aggregates drop, scale-owing, alarming and revising of over-scale, on-line modifying formula, data saving and query, and report-print and so on.
6. Use pre-debugged air plugs to ensure quick installation and commissioning.
